It is a private educational institution located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It started as a training center in the field of Surveying in 2000 and gradually developed until it was granted the status of a “University” in 2014 by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.

The university attracts students from more than 46 countries, giving it an international character. It participates in research related to urban planning, environmental management, and disaster response.
